An electronic or paper proof will be provided for all customized orders. Orders will not be processed until the proof is approved. Failure to approve proofs in a timely fashion may cause delays and increase shipping costs. PMS colors cannot be indentically matched, but every effort will be made to come as close as possible.
Upon approval of an order, an acknowledgement will be sent confirming your order has been placed. It will outline the details of your order, terms and conditions, along with an estimated ship and/or in-hands date. You will also have an assigned Sales & Marketing Assistant dedicated to making sure your order arrives on time.
Depending on the product line, there may be a setup and/or run charges. These costs vary and will be communicated prior to an order being placed.
Standard lead time for custom orders can range from 2-6 weeks. Standard lead time for gift shop items typically arrive in 1-2 weeks unless indicated differently in a product description.

Terms are FOB factory. All orders are shipped UPS ground or common carrier unless otherwise requested.
Small bubbles, chill marks, and other variations are common in crystal and glass and are considered normal. These do not constitute product defects. Proposition 65 requires us to warn California residents that consuming food or beverage that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products, or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Due to the custom nature and personalization that is required to produce our products, cancellations will not be accepted after product customization has begun or for special order products.
Standard payment terms are prepayment by check or credit card. Net 20 is available for approved customers. A 50% deposit may be required for some orders.
TRADEMARKS, LOGOS, AND PHOTOGRAPHY:
With regard to artwork or images (the "Work") supplied to us, Customer represents and warrants that (a) the Work was created solely by Customer, or Customer's full-time employees during the course of their employment, or independent contractors who assigned all right, title, and interest in their Work to Customer, if applicable (b) Customer is the owner of all right, title and interest in the tangible forms of the Work and all intellectual property rights protecting them or Customer has obtained prior written permission from the owner of such intellectual property rights to use the Work in the manner described herein; (c) the security interests, licenses, liens, charges, or other restrictions; (d) the use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Work does not and will not violate the rights or third parties in the Work including, but not limited to, trade secrets, publicity, privacy, copyrights, trademark and patent rights; and (f) Customer has full power and authority to make and enter into Agreements with Bulls-i, Inc. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless our Company and its officers, directors, and employees for any claims, suits, or proceedings alleging a breach of these warranties.

All sizes and weights shown throughout the Site are approximate. Because most items are handcrafted, slight size and color variations may occur.
